The sales office manager of a subsidiary of a major housing maker "Sekisui House" forges a receipt in the name of a remodeling fee, etc. over an apartment in Nagano prefecture managed by the company, or creates an order form without permission. According to an interview with the people concerned, it was found that there was a suspicion that the owner of the apartment was injured for more than 16 million yen.

The company admitted that it was fraudulent and dismissed the sales office manager as a disciplinary measure.

The disciplinary action was taken by the director in his 40s who was working at the sales office of "Sekiwa House Real Estate Chubu", which is headquartered in Aichi Prefecture.

According to the people concerned, the director has forged a receipt in the name of a remodeling fee, etc., or created an order form for several years until around January last year, over the apartments in Nagano prefecture managed by the company. It means that it was repeated.

On top of that, it turned out that there was a suspicion that the owner, a woman in her 80s, was forced to spend unnecessary expenses, causing damages of at least 16 million yen.

According to the company's investigation, a forged receipt of 2.5 million yen was confirmed, but the construction was not done and the director was illegally receiving the cash for that amount.

In addition, the order form has a signature of the owner for about 13 million yen, and it is suspected that he had ordered the remodeling without permission.

The director personally bought the apartment in January last year, but the company said that the company was fraudulent in the interview because he had to pay the remodeling fee of about 900,000 yen to the woman who was the owner after that. Admitted, the director was dismissed as a disciplinary measure on the 13th of this month.
