Today, in the program the debate of the day hosted by Christophe Boisbouvier, return to a sensitive issue: that of the role played by France in Rwanda at the time of the 1994 genocide. This week, our colleagues from the online newspaper Mediapart have revealed to have had access to a French diplomatic telegram which asks many questions.

It dates from July 15, 1994, and asks the French soldiers of Operation Turquoise not to question the genocidal authorities in the humanitarian zone they controlled.
