While students in two out of three areas are on vacation, uncertainty hangs over their return to school in late February-early March, due to the rapid emergence of coronavirus variants in some regions.

The Ministry of National Education reported on Friday a total of 1,599 classes and 103 schools closed due to cases of Covid-19.

Figures up sharply compared to last week after the introduction of stricter rules related to variants.

And the outlook for the coming weeks is not very optimistic, which suggests a number of school or class closures in the coming weeks, and therefore a return to distance school for many students and teachers.

And the hypothesis of an extension of the February holidays is still on the table, in case the situation escalates very quickly.

It remains to be seen whether teachers are better prepared for distance education than last March.

If you are a teacher, in which class do you teach?

How do you feel about returning home from school?

Are you better equipped than during the first confinement?

Have you trained in the use of certain software or applications since last year?

Will you be doing video lessons this time around?

Have you designed new content?

What will you be more vigilant about compared to the last time?
