Two people were found dead in a fire in a house burnt in Okawa City, Fukuoka Prefecture, and another was found dead.
Police are investigating the cause of the fire while confirming the identities of the three dead men as an 88-year-old man and his family living in the house.
Around 0:20 am on the 14th, a fire broke out from the house of Mr. Yasuyuki Nakajima (88) of Mukaijima, Okawa City, Fukuoka Prefecture, and the two-story wooden house was burnt down, as well as the adjacent houses and stores.
According to the story of an elderly man who seems to be Nakajima's younger brother who escaped from the fire, the police said that there were three people at that time, including Mr. Nakajima, Mr. Nakajima's wife and children, and it is possible that he was late to escape. I was searching for it because I thought it was there.
From the burnt remains of Mr. Nakajima's house, two bodies were found around noon, and then a third body was found in the evening.
The man, who appears to be Mr. Nakajima's younger brother, is currently admitted to the hospital and receiving medical treatment.
The police and fire department consider the three dead as Mr. Nakajima and his family, and are proceeding with confirmation of their identities and investigating the detailed situation and cause of the fire.
