Kevin Hart's personal shopper was allegedly caught in the honeypot.
According to People, Dylan Jason Syer allegedly used the actor's credit cards to buy more than $ 1 million in luxury goods.
A complaint has been filed with the Supreme Court of Queens.
The 29-year-old is charged with 10 counts.
He was hired by Kevin Hart in 2015 to provide him with various objects, through his company Sire Consulting LLC.
