The administration is tasked with looking at whether it is possible to produce works of art inspired by his lyrics, or if you can take part in his music on the spot, says Andréa Hedin, Östermalm's district committee chairman (M).
She got the idea after talking to young people who told how much Avicii's music meant to them.
The place should be there to remember Tim Bergling and his music, but also a place to seek comfort and honor those who have died as a result of mental illness.
The decision is hammered out on February 11, and after that it is estimated that it will take up to 1.5 years before the memorial site can be inaugurated.

This place will provide an opportunity to remember Tim and his music as meaning and meaning so much to many people around the world ", says Avicii's father Klas Bergling in a press release.
