The 2020 edition had held up, moving from spring to autumn.

And the 2021 edition takes the same path.

After announcing a fourth edition of CanneSeries from April 9 to 14, the organizers of the festival changed their plan "in view of the global health situation and the uncertainties linked to Covid-19".

The event is now scheduled from October 8 to 13, 2021, they announced this Wednesday evening.

“The organization of a festival cannot be combined with the conditional.

Today, the conditions do not guarantee its good performance.

We have therefore made the decision to trust in tomorrow and to build season 4 of CanneSeries on a much less uncertain basis than those imposed by the current health crisis ”, specified the director general of the festival, Benoît Louvet.

Last year, the event was held under strict sanitary conditions, with a reduced capacity of 1,000 spectators for the Grand Auditorium and disinfectant gates for access to the pink carpet, CanneSeries trademark.
