[Explanation] During the winter vacation of 2021, some of Southeast University's postgraduate students have been working hard on the front line of scientific research, making efforts for the smooth operation of the "New Coronavirus Neutralizing Antibody Automatic Intelligent Detection System".

  [Explanation] It is understood that during the epidemic, the traditional manual microscopic examination method is complicated, time-consuming and labor-intensive. Since September 2020, Southeast University has cooperated with the Jiangsu Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention to jointly develop a "new coronavirus neutralizing antibody Automatic intelligent detection system".

According to Gu Zhongze, Dean of the School of Biological Sciences and Medical Engineering of Southeast University, the detection of neutralizing antibodies requires scanning of 96-well plates containing biological samples. In the past, scanning was done manually, while the newly developed system of Dongda uses fully automatic Intelligent method, high repeatability and high stability.

  When entering the laboratory, it has high protection requirements for operators, so if you enter the laboratory after wearing protective clothing, most people are not willing to come out.

Due to work efficiency issues, many of them wear diapers to get in.

In fact, we turn the human eye observation and board replacement, including human technology and evaluation, into the automatic measurement of our machines. In essence, it may increase the efficiency by at least an order of magnitude.

  [Explanation] This project is based on the patented product "3D Tumor Organ Chip High-Content Imaging Analysis System" independently developed by the Suzhou Institute of Medical Devices of Southeast University. It only took 3 months to complete the "medium" that can work in the P3 laboratory. And antibody detection deep learning intelligent imaging analyzer", which greatly reduces the labor intensity of experimenters in extreme special environments.

  If we see that most of the cells are alive, then the comprehensive antibody is very effective, and if most of the cells die, the comprehensive antibody is not effective.

And then at the same time including archiving, including our deep learning artificial intelligence recognition, so that its accuracy rate and the efficiency of automated rate archiving are greatly improved.
