In France, access to employment has tightened further with the Covid-19.

The number of hiring of young people under 26, either on permanent contracts or on fixed-term contracts of more than three months, fell by 14% last year compared to 2019. The employment assistance systems do not have never been so in demand.

This is the case with the association Our neighborhoods have talent, which helps young people from priority neighborhoods to take their first steps into the world of work.
