Iraq: 3 siblings kill their father for inheritance

The security services in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, have arrested three brothers who killed their father due to an inheritance dispute.

According to the statement of the Iraqi Ministry of the Interior on its Facebook account, the children claimed that their father committed suicide, but suspicions of a criminal suspicion necessitated the reopening of the investigation into the case of the victim’s death.

Suspicions swirled around the three sons who lived with their father, so they were arrested, and facing them in the investigations, they admitted that they had agreed and participated in the killing of their father, due to disputes with him over the inheritance and their shares of it.
