After investigation, Ma Jinyu and her husband Xie Decheng have not yet divorced. The two often quarrel and occasionally fight. Ma Jinyu’s nanny and shop worker have no experience of domestic violence.

In order to ascertain the relevant facts and respond to the concerns of netizens in a timely manner, the Guide County Party Committee and the County Government made arrangements for special research at the first time, arranging the County Party Committee Political and Legal Committee, County Party Committee Propaganda Department, County Public Security Bureau, County Women’s Federation, Guide County Xinjie Township Party Committee Government, etc. The department set up a working group to quickly investigate.

During the period, I went to Xinjie Township, Changmu Town, Guide County, Huangzhong District of Xining City and other places, Qinghai Provincial People's Hospital, Qinghai Red Cross Hospital, Guide County People's Hospital and other units, County Women's Federation, County Federation of Literary and Art Associations, County Television Station and other departments Investigations and visits were carried out. 　　Ma Jinyu came to Xie Decheng's home in Guide County in 2010 to interview the two acquaintances. After nearly two months of getting along, they registered their marriage on September 8, 2010.

From 2010 to 2012, the two worked in Beijing and Guangzhou. From 2012 to 2018, the couple lived in Guide County, Qinghai Province, during which they had three children.

According to Xie Decheng's report, in July 2018, Ma Jinyu took the three children away without informing Xie Decheng.

There was indeed Ma Jinyu's 2011 hospitalization record, but the medical record showed that Ma Jinyu was admitted to the hospital because of a car accident causing a double forehead fracture, left eye optic nerve injury, and scalp laceration.

Except in 2011, Ma Jinyu had no hospitalization records at the Provincial People's Hospital.

According to other information, the police checked the medical records of the medical record room of Qinghai Red Cross Hospital, which showed that there were Ma Jinyu's hospital birth records in 2011, 2014, and 2016.

There is no record of Ma Jinyu's hospitalization in Guide County People's Hospital.

After verification, the Guide County Women’s Federation has no records of letters and visits regarding Ma Jinyu and his clients since 2018. The police obtained records of abnormal deaths in Guide County in the past five years, and there were no cases of suicide by jumping into the river due to domestic violence.

Ma Jinyu entrusted a lawyer and said: "Ma Jinyu will send evidence and report materials related to domestic violence to the County Public Security Bureau, but due to the epidemic and the long Spring Festival holiday, the specific time needs to be negotiated with the parties." At 8:51 on February 9, Ma Jinyu entrusted a lawyer to call Guide police said: “The person involved, Ma Jinyu, was unable to assist the police in the investigation due to the epidemic situation and the lack of child care. The relevant report materials and evidence are being sorted out and will be delivered by mail when they are complete.” Next, Guide police will conduct investigations in accordance with the law based on the relevant evidence provided by the lawyer Ma Jinyu entrusted.
