A 36-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of invading the premises of a house owned by a former teacher who was dismissed from disciplinary action for repeatedly bullying a junior teacher at an elementary school in Kobe.

It means that he shot the video and posted it on YouTube, a video posting site.

The person arrested was Naoki Inohara, a 36-year-old unemployed person in Nishinari Ward, Osaka, who was suspected of having invaded a residential site in Kobe City without permission last November.

According to police, the house at the site was owned by a former teacher who was dismissed from disciplinary action for repeating malicious bullying to a junior teacher at an elementary school in Kobe.

He filmed him pushing the intercom and trying to open the window, and posted a video on YouTube for about nine minutes.

The house was vacant at that time because the former teacher had moved to another place, but the police were investigating after receiving information from the person who watched the video.

It means that he stated to the investigation that he had entered for an interview.

The video was deleted on the 8th at the request of the police when he was arrested.
