The House of Poetry in Fujairah, affiliated to the Fujairah Social and Cultural Society, launched the day before yesterday, a digital initiative celebrating the poems of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God rest his soul, and presenting its aesthetics on social networks, under the title "Here Zayed". The initiative, supervised by the poet Ateeq Khalfan Al Kaabi, aims to shed light on the poetic experience of Sheikh Zayed, and to introduce new generations to his rich poems that show the depth of his thought, the beauty of his poetic language and their meanings that enrich the content and make him a noble message that unites peoples, fights destructive ideas and calls for the values of tolerance and brotherhood. Khaled Al-Dhanhani, Chairman of the Association, said that the "Here Zayed" initiative "is a window that we open to the audience of social networks to view him with a bouquet of the most beautiful poetic words of Sheikh Zayed, may God have mercy on him, and to introduce him to this creative, creative and weighted heritage that celebrates the wonderful features of our Emirati heritage, so that it remains In memory, and always and forever reminds us of our originality and our nobility.
Salima Al Mazrouei, Director of the House of Poetry in Fujairah, stated that the initiative revives the poetic legacy of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God have mercy on him, by submitting verses from his poetic poems recorded using video technology on social networking sites, and celebrating their poetic, social and humanitarian meanings and values.
