Things are moving on the Canal + side.

While the historic Ligue 1 broadcaster has reclaimed the rights to all games until the end of the season, there is also something new around rugby.

The National Rugby League (LNR) announced on Saturday that the best Top 14 poster goes from Sunday evening to Saturday evening on the encrypted channel following an agreement with the broadcaster.

"This new grid ensures complementary exposure between the Top 14 and Ligue 1 on the channels of the Canal + group," said the NRL in a press release.

The return of football on the encrypted channel has pushed the historic rugby broadcaster to change its programming, starting with Racing 92-La Rochelle, postponed in the afternoon to make room for the “Classic” of Ligue 1 OM -PSG, airs Sunday at 9 p.m.

Top start from February 12

The Top 14 keeps a box on Friday evening (8:45 p.m.).

On Saturday, several matches will be broadcast on Canal + including a multiplex from 5:45 p.m., before the shock of the day, in prime time on Canal + Premium.

This new grid will begin on February 12 with the 16th day, launched by Toulouse-Pau on Friday (8:45 p.m.) and which continues on Saturday with UBB-Stade français (2:45 p.m.) or Toulon-La Rochelle (9:05 p.m.).
