Recently, the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Carrie Lam, presented five new legislative tasks when attending the Chief Executive Question and Answer Session of the Legislative Council, including legislation to crack down on the "underground" and criminalizing the relevant acts.

On February 6, Hong Kong Police Commissioner Tang Bingqiang said in a meeting with the media that the Hong Kong police strongly support legislation to crack down on the “bottom” behavior.

He said that in recent years, the police have been attacked very seriously, and the actions that have affected all people in the society will endanger social security. As the police, he very much supports this legislation.
