District governments and enterprises organize special forces to maintain order and provide citizens with a safe and secure shopping environment.
Limit the number of passenger flow, in principle, not more than 50% of the normal passenger flow; admission personnel strictly implement code scanning, temperature measurement, and wear masks; strengthen the ventilation of the place to promote air circulation.
Commercial complexes, large shopping malls and other internal theaters, game halls, Internet cafes, song and dance halls, chess and card rooms, gyms, training institutions, and bookstores will not resume business temporarily, and catering units will not provide dine-in food.
