The three defendants, including Li Zhiying, Hu Zhiwei and Huang Zhifeng, are currently being remanded under the custody of the Correctional Services Department or serving their sentences in prison. They will all be escorted to the court by prison vehicles.

Among them, the "Iron Armored Dragon" prison car that escorted Li Zhiying arrived at West Kowloon Court in the morning.

  According to news from the Hong Kong East Net on the 5th, Li Zhiying, "Stake" Chairman Li Cheuk-ren, Vice Chairman He Junren and Zou Xingtong, Secretary Cai Yaochang, Standing Committee Members Zhang Wenguang, Mai Haihua, Yin Zhaojian, Zhao Enlai, Liang Yaozhong and Liang Jinwei, Labor Party Chairman Guo Yongjian and The 13 defendants including Chen Haohuan, deputy convener of the "FDC", were each accused of illegally inciting others to participate in an unauthorized assembly without legal authority or reasonable excuse outside the fountain in Victoria Park in Hong Kong in June 2020.

  Among the 13 defendants mentioned above, apart from Li Zhiying who was not charged with other crimes, the remaining 12 defendants were also charged on the same day and the same place, together with other unidentified persons, without legal authority or reasonable excuse, knowingly participated without approval Assembly.

Li Zhuoren was also accused of holding an unauthorized assembly without legal authority or reasonable excuse.

  The other 13 defendants include former members of the Hong Kong Legislative Council Yang Sen, Liang Guoxiong, Ho Xiulan, Zhu Kaidi and Hu Zhiwei, "Stake" Liang Guohua, Huang Zhifeng, Luo Guancong and Yuen Kawei, Kwun Tong District Councillor Leung Kai-ching, Tsuen Wan District Councilor Shun Aohui, Ho Guilan and Zhang Kunyang.

They were each charged on the same day and in the same place, together with other unknown persons, without legal authority or reasonable excuse, knowingly participated in an unauthorized assembly.

  Two of the defendants, Luo Guancong and Zhang Kunyang, have left Hong Kong and have been absent from the hearing before. The court has issued an arrest warrant to them. When they are arrested and brought to justice, they will be taken to the court for trial as soon as possible.

The remaining 24 defendants in Hong Kong, including Li Zhiying, will attend the hearing on the 5th afternoon.
