A 27-year-old mother was arrested on suspicion of injury in Uki City, Kumamoto Prefecture, for beating her 3-year-old eldest son and causing him to fall and injured.

The eldest son is unconscious and the police are investigating the details.

The person who was arrested was Yuki Saito (27), a truck driver in Shiranuhimachi, Uki City, Kumamoto Prefecture.



According to police, Saito was suspected of being injured on the morning of the 3rd, when he was beaten on the belly of his 3-year-old eldest son and fell, causing a serious injury that hit the back of his head.



After that, the eldest son became unconscious, and Saito's mother, who was in the same room, called 119 and was taken to a hospital in Kumamoto City, but the hospital told the police that he had a bruise on his face and was suspected of being abused. It means that there was a contact.



According to the police, Saito admitted the suspicion and stated, "I didn't hear what I said, so I hit him hard."



Until now, the police and child guidance centers have not reported or consulted about abuse, and there have been no reports from local residents, so the police are investigating the details.
