Cases 1 to 4 departed from Serbia on January 18 and arrived at Beijing Capital Airport on January 19. The customs had undergone health screening and nucleic acid tests, and the results were all negative. After closed-loop management, 4 people were sent to the centralized isolation hotel; Nucleic acid test results were all positive on February 2, and they were transferred to designated hospitals on February 3. According to the results of epidemiological history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and imaging examinations, they were diagnosed as confirmed cases on the same day, and the clinical types were all normal type.
Case 5 departed from Sweden on January 29 and arrived at Beijing Capital Airport on January 30. After a health screening and nucleic acid test by the customs, the result was negative, and it was sent to the centralized isolation hotel after closed-loop management; the nucleic acid test result on February 2 If the patient was positive, he was transferred to a designated hospital on the same day. Based on the results of epidemiological history, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests, and imaging examinations, he was diagnosed as a confirmed case on February 3, with a mild clinical classification.
Epidemiological investigations have been carried out on the above confirmed cases, and control measures have been implemented as required.
