Not all countries were ready to view the United States as a model of democracy.

Moscow presented its claims to Washington in 2007.

Vladimir Putin, in his famous Munich speech, accused America of trying to impose on the planet a single order of existence, which is not correlated with the rules of a democratic social order.

Russia, gaining weight and influence, having thrown off the shackles of Western control, could afford to soberly assess the situation.

But the countries that were and are satellites of the United States, even in a nightmare, could not imagine that they would criticize their curator, or, to be quite frank, the owner.

After the collapse of the USSR, Ukraine, like other post-Soviet countries, turned into a training ground where Washington was practicing various elements of the anti-Russian doctrine.

And so the sky came down to earth.

The president of a deeply dependent country entirely dependent on the United States, guided by their will in everything, raised his voice against his master.

Volodymyr Zelenskiy has questioned America's status as a model of democracy.

In an interview with Axios, he said that after the riots in the Capitol, the image of the United States changed: “I think it was a strong blow to US democracy ... We are used to thinking that the United States has ideal democratic institutions, power is transferred peacefully, without wars, revolutions , from one president to another ”.

According to Zelensky, Ukraine "has experienced two revolutions" and therefore understands that something like this "can happen."

However, no one expected that this could happen in the United States, which indicates that "everything is not perfect."

“I was seriously alarmed.

I would not want you to have a coup, shooting and, God forbid, victims.

It's just that after this, I think, it will be difficult for countries to perceive the United States as a symbol of democracy in the world, ”the head of the Ukrainian state shared his concern.

It all sounds extremely ridiculous.

In terms of democracy, Ukraine is not far from Zimbabwe, if at all.

The leader of a country where the political agenda is formed by cave nationalists, in principle, should not say words that have nothing to do with the situation in his state.

And the term "democracy" is the very first on the list.

But it looks like America is not doing well.

If one of the smallest vassals allows himself to question the status of the Shining City on the Hill, it means that the Washington Regional Committee is no longer perceived by the countries under its supervision as a Politburo, whose word is absolutely and indisputable.

It would seem that Zelensky tried to kick the defeated bear.

It is clear that his discourse on the riots is a spit at Donald Trump.

However, in trying to please Joe Biden, he did not seem to have acted very well.

The Ukrainian leader is in the heat of the moment and, probably not really understanding what he is doing, raised his hand to the entire system of American institutions.

They are unlikely to sway a little from this, but I suppose they will consider it necessary to punish the out-of-control vassal.
