Nagano Prefecture has revealed that two patients who were hospitalized in a medical institution were killed after being infected with the new coronavirus.
This brings the death toll in the prefecture to 38.
In addition, Nagano Prefecture and Nagano City announced that they have confirmed that eight new people have been infected with the new coronavirus.
A total of 2298 people have been confirmed infected in Nagano Prefecture.
