Accused Monday of harassment and rape by several women, including American actress Evan Rachel Wood, singer Marilyn Manson refuted these allegations, citing consensual relationships.
"My intimate relationships have always been fully consented, with partners in agreement," wrote the American musician on his Instagram account early Monday evening.
"No matter how or why others today choose to distort the past, it is the truth," he added.
Brian Warner, whose real name is, had been suspected for several years of being the assailant that Evan Rachel Wood denounced in 2018 during a hearing on sexual assault before Congress, without revealing his identity.
Psychological manipulations

wrote in a post on Instagram: "The name of my attacker is Brian Warner, also known as Marilyn Manson".
In Congress, she had notably claimed to have been raped on several occasions.
Evan Rachel Wood, 33, said Monday that the singer "psychologically manipulated" her when she was not yet 20 years old.
She says she was then subjected to "horrible assaults for years".
Four other women
The actress was officially in a relationship with Marilyn Manson for several years, before their engagement in 2010, which broke up a few months later.
