Ludovic B, the 25-year-old father suspected of having killed the young Victorine on September 26 in Villefontaine, was also the subject of a complaint for rape, we learned on Tuesday from the Grenoble prosecutor's office.
It was filed after the death of the girl, but concerns facts dating back to the year 2018.
The alleged victim is a young woman, now 20 years old, says Boris Duffau, the deputy prosecutor.
She filed a complaint in the Rhône.
As part of their investigations, the investigators extracted this Tuesday morning, the suspect from his cell to place him in police custody.
Ludovic B. is already indicted in the Victorine case for murder preceded by an attempted rape.
