The suspect Pei Moutang approved the arrest for intentional homicide.

Pei Moutang, male, born in 1944, from Nanchang County, retired worker.
In January 2016, Pei Moutang was hospitalized in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University due to hypertension and other diseases. The attending doctor was the victim Zeng Mou (female) in this case.
After being discharged from the hospital, Pei Motang suspected that Zeng Moumou's medication problems had worsened his condition, so he held grudges and deliberately retaliated.
At about 11:40 on January 27, 2021, Pei’s hall had prepared in advance and brought a veterinary syringe containing methomyl pesticide to the outpatient clinic of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University. He stabbed and injected pesticides, then fled the scene.
At around 14:20 that day, the public security organs arrested Pei Moutang and brought him to justice in Gangshang Town, Nanchang County.
