The reporter learned from the meeting that Heilongjiang Province has launched a nucleic acid detection information system and monitoring platform. The daily nucleic acid detection capacity has reached 772,000 tubes, and the daily nucleic acid detection capacity will reach 1 million tubes by the end of February.
According to Liu Yancheng, the second-level inspector of the Heilongjiang Provincial Health Commission, in mid-January, Heilongjiang Province introduced Neusoft Group and adopted the method of "provincial construction and local application" to develop and construct the "Heilongjiang Province full-scene pathogen detection information system".
The system includes three sub-systems: specimen collection, specimen transportation, and specimen detection. The ID card information of the collected person is quickly identified through the mobile phone APP pre-installed by the staff, and it is bound with the prefabricated bar code specimen collection tube, transfer box, and related laboratories. Realize the entire process information management of identity information entry and inquiry, specimen transfer and reception, and sample testing, which can significantly improve the efficiency of sampling and testing and buy valuable time for flow investigation.
At present, the detection information system and monitoring platform of Heilongjiang Province have been put into operation, which can be used in all parts of the province, and are connected with the Neusoft detection information system previously constructed separately in Suihua City and Harbin City to realize the integration of large-scale nucleic acid detection data in Heilongjiang Province. Laid the foundation for management.
As of the evening of January 30, more than 70 counties and districts in 11 prefectures and cities in Heilongjiang Province have used the system in nucleic acid testing, and accumulated more than 7.8 million samples.

Liu Yancheng said that currently, there are 384 new coronavirus nucleic acid testing institutions in Heilongjiang Province, including 267 medical institutions, 85 disease control institutions, 20 third-party (including 1 mobile nucleic acid testing laboratory), and 2 public testing laboratories. There are 10 nucleic acid testing laboratories, and the daily testing capacity has reached 772,000 tubes.
In accordance with the requirements of the State Council’s joint prevention and control mechanism, the Heilongjiang Epidemic Headquarters issued the "Notice on Accelerating the Improvement of Nucleic Acid Testing Capabilities for All Employees" on January 20. The province should complete the construction of nucleic acid testing capabilities by the end of February and strive to achieve it. The municipality has increased the nucleic acid detection capacity to the standard for completing the nucleic acid detection of all employees within 3 days, and the province plans to achieve the daily detection capacity of 1 million tubes.
