On the evening of January 28, the Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters of Putian City received a notification from the Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters of Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province: Shandong Jiuxu Biotechnology Co., Ltd. entered Putian City through online channels.
After receiving the notification, Putian City organized all counties and districts and departments of health, disease control, market supervision, and postal services overnight to carry out investigations, flow adjustments, nucleic acid testing and control.
After investigation, the batch of milk dates involved in the epidemic in Putian City were all purchased online by consumers and did not enter the market.
After sampling and testing the milk dates that flowed into the city, the disease control agency collected 49 new coronavirus nucleic acid samples from the milk dates involved in the epidemic. Three of the new coronavirus nucleic acid test results were positive, and the rest were negative.
As of 22:00 on January 30, 346 samples of relevant external environmental new crown nucleic acids were collected, and the results were all negative.
Collected 851 new crown nucleic acid samples from people who ate or might be exposed to milk dates, and the results were all negative.
The relevant milk date products involved in the epidemic have all been sealed and treated with harmless disinfection, relevant control measures have been implemented for all relevant contacts found in the investigation, and all places and vehicles that may be contaminated by milk dates have been fully terminally disinfected.
Up to now, there has been no case report of direct contact with the product in Shandong or across the country, and no report of the isolation of live viruses from this batch of products.
The Putian City Center for Disease Control and Prevention reminds the public that personal online purchases of goods must be protected, and try to avoid purchasing imported goods or goods containing imported raw materials; where there are epidemic-related milk produced by Shandong Jiuxu Biotechnology Co., Ltd. purchased since January 5, 2021 Jujube products that have not been eaten must be sealed on the spot, and reported to the local epidemic prevention and control department, and the local market supervision and disease control department professionals will handle it.
