“Dry January” has just been celebrated around the world, meaning a month of voluntary abstinence from alcohol.

Is that self deception?

People like to apply rules like January non-alcoholic or the “no more alcohol during the week” rule.

Before the moment comes again when you think: “I think a break from alcohol would be good for me.” It is not difficult to go without alcohol for a month.

The most difficult time only begins after 100 days, i.e. three months.
