Aomori Prefecture announced that it has been confirmed that a total of nine people in Aomori City, Hachinohe City, and Goshogawara Health Center are newly infected with the new coronavirus.
The total number of people confirmed to be infected in the prefecture is 711, including those who have already recovered.
