On January 28, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region once again raided the closed area. Blocks A, B, C and D of Dongfa Building in North Point were listed as restricted areas.

The Chief Executive Carrie Lam arrived at the site around 11:40 that night. The Secretary for Home Affairs Xu Yingwei and the Secretary for Food and Health Chen Zhaoshi also accompanied the inspection.

The inspection work continued until late at night.
