"A hollow statement"

On this track, Bénabar chooses to play the humor card to pay tribute to women.

So, he sings, "They are their mother's age when they were little. Forties expect a lot from the future. If they mistakenly think that we look at them more as before, it is because we no longer make the effort to do it heavily. "

The singer "neither prince nor charming" wanted to address those who are "not princesses either".

"I wrote this song with Pierre-Yves Lebert and it really interested us to do this exercise of declaration, but to do it at an angle", explains the singer.

"Making that hollow statement, playing on the tease was an author's game that really amused us."
