On the evening of January 27, the vehicle cleaning team on Longyang Road of Shanghai Metro Line 2 was conducting epidemic prevention and disinfection on the carriages.
Metro Line 2 Nanjing East Road Station is only 600 meters walking distance from Zhaotong Community in the middle risk area.
Wang Ligui, the foreman of the team, said that a night shift (from 9 pm to 4 am) in the vehicle cleaning team would almost use 4000 ml of disinfectant.
Before spraying the disinfectant, special tools will be used to wipe the seats, armrests, pull rings, glass, etc. inside the compartment.
After wiping, the cleaning staff should carry about 40 kilograms of disinfectant and spray the liquid to every corner of the compartment.
