The reporter saw a long queue of several kilometers of stranded vehicles near Xiuying Port in Haikou on January 27, and serious congestion on the road near the port.
Temporary traffic control is implemented on nearby road sections, traffic police diverted passing vehicles around, and arranged for sea crossing vehicles to park on the surrounding branch roads.
