  The circular pointed out that if there are violations of regulatory policies, price increase sales, and housing prices against real estate development enterprises, once verified, it will be in accordance with the "Chengdu Real Estate Development Enterprise Credit Information Management Measures (for Trial Implementation)" (Chengzhu Jianfa [2020] 148 No.) stipulates that credit deduction shall be processed.

  The notice mentioned that real estate agencies and practitioners involved in malicious speculation of housing prices or agents suspected of malicious speculation of housing prices, publishing information on the rental and sales of houses that have not yet been delivered or have not yet obtained real estate ownership certificates, and publishing false housing listings (including housing prices) Information and other violations, once verified, will be cancelled in accordance with the "Opinions on Strengthening the Management of Real Estate Intermediaries and Promoting the Healthy Development of the Industry" (Jianfang [2016] No. 168), and their online signing authority will be cancelled, and the institution and related personnel will be credited Decrease points and put them on the "blacklist" of the industry.

  The notice clarified that for online platforms and self-media accounts that are suspected of maliciously hyping up housing prices, publishing false and untrue information and other activities that disrupt market order, they will be subject to the "Internet Group Information Service Management Regulations" by the network information, housing construction and other departments Conduct timely interviews and report to the outside world.

  The notice also pointed out that for individuals who are suspected of organizing malicious speculation, driving up housing prices, disrupting market order and other violations of laws and regulations, once verified, the housing construction department will temporarily suspend the acceptance of relevant second-hand housing online signing procedures.

  The notice also mentions that for development companies, intermediaries, online platforms, self-media, and individuals suspected of disrupting the order of the real estate market, their evidence of violations of laws and regulations will be promptly transferred to the public security, cybersecurity and informatization, market supervision, and taxation departments for disposal in accordance with laws and regulations.

  The Chengdu Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau stated that at present, second-hand housing prices in Chengdu are generally stable and the market supply is sufficient. Buyers are requested to purchase houses rationally to jointly maintain the healthy development of the Chengdu real estate market.

If real estate development enterprises and intermediary agencies are found to have illegal sales activities such as spreading false housing information, driving up housing prices, and malicious speculation, they can report to the municipal, district (city) and county housing construction departments.
