The boy’s name is Xu Hui and the girl’s name is Liu Zhongmin. They have been volunteering in Tonghua for 13 consecutive days. They were originally scheduled to get married on January 24 this year, but they were blocked by the epidemic.
Since he could not get the certificate from the Civil Affairs Bureau, he simply replaced the marriage certificate with a volunteer certificate.
