"The administration of the President of Russia to submit proposals for supporting persons engaged in professional literary activity by providing grants, awarding scholarships or awards," Putin instructed.
He also instructed to report on the support of publishing houses that specialize in publishing socially significant low-circulation and marginal literature by providing grants.
The deadline for the order is April 1.
In addition, Putin instructed the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Culture to consider the study of the heritage of Russian cinema in the framework of general education programs.
