Leak and explosion occurred in a gas pipeline in Jinzhou
At around 6 o'clock on January 25, an explosion occurred near Jin Bohaijing, Youyi Street, Jinpu New District. The cause of the accident was preliminarily determined to be the explosion caused by the leak of the gas pipeline of Jinzhou Tiancheng Gas Company.
The glass shards produced by the explosion caused minor injuries to 8 people, and 3 others lost contact. All the injured people have been transferred to the hospital for treatment.
After the incident, the main leaders, competent leaders, emergency, fire, public security, housing construction and other departments of the new district quickly rushed to the scene for disposal.
At present, the open flame at the scene has been extinguished, and the cause of the accident is under investigation.
