Be careful if you take your car.
Road traffic was "difficult" Sunday noon in the agglomeration of Rouen and "delicate" in certain areas of Normandy, Mayenne and Sarthe, Bison Futé announced in a statement.
"Pending a return to normal in the early afternoon, users are invited to be extremely careful," warns the road information organization.
The A84 motorway was notably closed Sunday morning in the Caen-Rennes direction, following an accident, near Saint-Ouen-des-Besaces (Calvados).

, seven vehicles and ten people were involved in a collision, leaving two injured, one seriously.
"Postpone your trips"
Accumulations of snow 1 to 3 cm thick, up to 5 cm in places were expected in Normandy and Center-Val-de-Loire, as well as in the departments of Mayenne and Sarthe, overnight from Saturday to Sunday and on Sunday, recalls Bison Futé.
"It is advisable to postpone your trips as far as possible", recalls the organization.
