Nara Prefecture and Nara City announced on the 24th that it was confirmed that 28 new people were infected with the new coronavirus in the prefecture.
The number of people confirmed to be infected in Nara Prefecture was 2801.
Nara Prefecture also announced that a woman in her 90s in Kashihara City, who had been confirmed to be infected, had died.
Infection was confirmed in the prefecture, and 35 people died.
