From 21st to 22nd, students from 7 schools in Yizhou District, Hechi City, Guangxi experienced abdominal pain, vomiting and other symptoms one after another. After being sent to a doctor for diagnosis, a total of 85 students were admitted to the hospital for observation and treatment without severe cases.
The results of sampling and testing by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention of Yizhou District were determined to be norovirus infection.
Yizhou District Party Committee and District Government have formed a working group to rush to relevant schools to carry out investigation and disposal work.
