It is the third consecutive day that more than 200 people are infected each day.
The total number of infected people announced in the prefecture was 14,703.
Hyogo Prefecture also announced on the 21st that 10 people who had been infected with the new coronavirus were confirmed dead.
The number of people who died from being infected with the new coronavirus in Hyogo prefecture is 331.
