The residence permit system is also implemented in an orderly manner. More than 100 million residence permits have been issued to non-resident permanent residents.
About 90% of the children of migrant workers receive compulsory education in public schools or schools where the government purchases degrees. The migrant population from agriculture gradually integrates into the city and shares the fruits of urban construction and development.

Even during the period when the demand is greatest during several rounds of intense cooling, the energy supply is strong and strong.
Throughout this winter, my country's energy supply has withstood the test of large fluctuations in demand.
