Abnormally warm weather forecasted in the south of Western Siberia

“Residents of the south of Western Siberia suffered from a long period of very cold weather.

I'm talking about Tomsk, Omsk, Novosibirsk, Kemerovo regions, Altai Territory.

But throughout the week, the temperature in these regions will be 8-12 degrees above normal.

This also applies to the south of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and Khakassia, "- quoted by TASS Vilfand.

According to him, the daytime temperature in these regions during this period will be 7-4 degrees below zero.

“The weather will be very warm, and before that frosts reached 43 degrees,” added the forecaster.

Earlier, Vilfand said that severe frosts, snowfalls, blizzards, icy conditions and adhesion of snow are predicted in the south of the European part of Russia.
