109 new confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia in 31 provinces, including 93 local cases

According to the website of the National Health Commission, 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 109 new confirmed cases from 0-24 am on January 17th, including imported cases from abroad. 16 cases (4 in Shanghai, 3 in Shaanxi, 2 in Zhejiang, 2 in Hunan, 1 in Beijing, 1 in Tianjin, 1 in Fujian, 1 in Guangdong, 1 in Sichuan), 93 local cases (54 in Hebei, Jilin 30 cases, 7 in Heilongjiang, 2 in Beijing); no new deaths; 2 new suspected cases, all imported cases (all in Shanghai).

　　On the same day, 13 new cases were cured and discharged, 1519 close contacts were released from medical observation, and 1 more severe cases than the previous day.

　　There are currently 284 confirmed cases imported overseas (including 2 severe cases) and 3 suspected cases.

A total of 4,518 confirmed cases, 4,234 cured and discharged cases, and no deaths.

　　As of 24:00 on January 17, according to reports from 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, there are 1301 confirmed cases (including 43 severe cases), a total of 82,400 cured and discharged cases, and a total of 4,635 deaths. A total of 88,336 confirmed cases have been reported, and there are 3 suspected cases.

A total of 940,068 close contacts have been traced, and 34,231 close contacts are still under medical observation.
