Aomori Prefecture announced that it has been confirmed that a total of eight people, including seven people living under the jurisdiction of Goshogawara Health Center and one living in Aomori City, are infected with the new coronavirus.
The total number of people confirmed to be infected in the prefecture is 643, including those who have already recovered and those who have died.
