109 new confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia in 31 provinces, including 96 local cases

According to the website of the National Health Commission, 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 109 new confirmed cases from 0-24 on January 16th, including imported cases from abroad. 13 cases (4 in Shanghai, 2 in Fujian, 2 in Guangdong, 2 in Sichuan, 1 in Tianjin, 1 in Shandong, 1 in Hunan), 96 local cases (72 in Hebei, 12 in Heilongjiang, 10 in Jilin, Beijing 2 cases); no new deaths; 1 new suspected case, imported from abroad (in Shanghai).

　　On the same day, 17 new cases were cured and discharged, 1295 close contacts were released from medical observation, and 4 severe cases increased from the previous day.

　　There are currently 278 confirmed cases imported from abroad (including 2 severe cases) and 2 suspected cases.

A total of 4502 confirmed cases, a total of 4224 cured and discharged cases, and no deaths.

　　As of 24:00 on January 16, according to reports from 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, there are currently 1,205 confirmed cases (including 42 severe cases), a total of 82387 cured and discharged cases, and a total of 4635 deaths. A total of 88227 confirmed cases have been reported, and there are 2 suspected cases.

A total of 938,464 close contacts have been traced, and 34,150 close contacts are still under medical observation.

　　31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 119 new asymptomatic infections (16 imported from abroad); 32 confirmed cases (6 imported from abroad) were converted to the same day; 11 medical observations were lifted on the same day ( All imported from abroad); 746 cases of asymptomatic infection are still under medical observation (261 imported from abroad).

　　A total of 10398 confirmed cases have been notified from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.

Among them, 9502 cases were in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (8724 discharged and 162 died), 46 cases were discharged from the Macau Special Administrative Region (46 discharged cases), and 850 cases were discharged in Taiwan (751 cases discharged and 7 died).
