An engineering company in America published photos of a house offered for sale at the highest price in the world, due to its location and amazing specifications, as reported by the British newspaper "Daily Mail".
The newspaper added that the asking price for selling this legendary house, which covers an area of 9754 square meters, is located in the "Belair", California, in Los Angeles, is $ 340 million.
This house includes 21 bedrooms and 42 bathrooms, and experts say that it is not only the most expensive house in the world, but the most expensive personal property in the history of the United States of America.
The house, which bears the name "The One", took eight years to complete, and more than 600 workers participated in the works. It was designed by engineer Paul Maclean, while the interior was designed by Catherine Rotunde.
