Soon a mandatory "health pass" to go shopping in E. Leclerc stores, provided you are vaccinated?
This is what Internet users fear, relaying, on social networks, the photo of a poster of the sign relating to such a pass.
However, this has nothing to do with vaccination but with a simple temporary method of filtering the number of customers in the store, as explained by the brand concerned and the E. Leclerc group at

"A test balloon to get people used to the principle of continuous monitoring, with the subcutaneous covipass (digital passport) as the ultimate goal!"
"," Boycott Leclerc "... On Facebook, the photo of an informative message from the E. Leclerc sign relating to a" Covid-19 procedure "and a" health pass "arouses strong reactions.

"This subject is no longer relevant, and in no case do we ask our customers to be vaccinated to enter our store," she continues.

, the company confirms that this “health pass” was part of a “local initiative”: “Following the second deconfinement, this store had set up a test to manage the flows at the entrance.
Each customer received a "pass" when entering the store to count the number of people present and not exceed the gauge.
Today, this system is no longer used in this brand.
"
Rather than an entrance filtering system, other large-scale distribution stores, for their part, favor disinfection gates, especially in Corsica, as reported by France Bleu in early November 2020.
