They are called Samuel and Aurélie.

They are dairy farmers in Eperrais in the Perche, in Normandy, and have decided to leave the industrial system.

Now they sell their milk themselves.

And for them, that changes everything.

With their 80 dairy cows, 1,500 liters of milk are produced every day.

The income generated is now barely enough to cover their costs, but they hope to reach profitability in a few months.
