The police in a park in Augsburg abruptly ended a meeting in an igloo that violates Corona rules.

Five people from more than two households had built the “arctic accommodation” themselves after continuous snowfall on Thursday in Wittelsbacher Park and used it for a meeting that was not allowed because of the pandemic, as the police announced on Friday.

When they discovered the patrol car, the "igloo residents" fled in different directions, according to the investigators. However, the police were able to catch up with a 22-year-old. A complaint awaits him for violating the Infection Protection Act.
