The suspect Ping lost his mobile phone in the taxi driver Cui's car.
During the return process after the two parties agreed on the time and place, Ping complained that Cui was too late to return the mobile phone and delayed his business.
As a result of the dispute between the two parties, Ping beat Cui, causing Cui's rib and left ankle to be fractured, and Hou Ping fled the scene.
